Hmmm, weird..

 I’m not going to talk today about the awful thing I’ve just recently learned. You’re happy. Believe me.

Instead, I haven’t done this in awhile so here goes

Things about me!

1) I love candles that smell like pipe tobacco 

2) I’m not sure that I’m a Christian anymore. Not the Christian that exists today. Or really, have they ever behaved like Christ? The Crusades anyone? 

3) my favorite stone is Lapis Lazuli

4) I was once unfortunate enough to be engaged to a man who is 20 years older than me which means that today he is SEVENTY EIGHT. Got damn, can you process that? Me either. In the end, I dodged a full on bullet.

5) I love new socks 

6) I’m a shoe whore

7) The Summer of ‘69 is not about a sex position. Fight me.

8) I haven’t been able to write more than one story since my dad died. He took that with him. I hope he’s reading my best work!

9) i love black licorice. Don’t hate me.

10) I can’t listen to my AirPods and not sing or dance. Just can’t do it. So not conducive to being in public. 

11) Robb didn’t know what furries are until I told him yesterday. That shit brought me pure joy! 

12) I love sarcasm. 

13) I’m allergic to dark chocolate.

14) I’m a perfume whore. 

15) I’m a wee bit witchy and I like that.

Here goes it again…

  I hope you read all the things that Christians stole from Pagans. It’s an important part of my crisis. Next: finding out that literally thousands of religions, current and ancient have a “ flood” story in them. What confused me were the religions that were thousand of years older than Christianity had not only a flood story but also a VIRGIN BIRTH story. So, ok, that many religious agree on a flood story, just not necessarily in the same time frame. Even science has discovered proof of a massive flood. So, I’m good with that…. But the virgin birth story seems a little…. Odd. It’s not like they are all talking about Mary, but someone representing their religion. So just a few are Christianity and Islam. Hi

 Hey there. I’ve been in the hospital for ten days. I’m home now with a nurse. Pneumonia and Pancreatitis. Fun combination.   The hospital is a terrible place to be. You can’t sleep AT ALL. The food SUCKS. The company is constantly poking you with needles.  Something about this stay in the hospital has rocked me in a profound way. It did NOT help my fear of dying, that’s for sure, but made me feel so emotional. I’m a weeping mess. I had a dream… Such a fantastic dream. When I got home. In fact I had two. My dreams are so vivid and real and… lovely. A boy. Our child. Things that could have been…. The saddest thing about life is never knowing when that one thing you do, love, adore, excites you, feels good, is the last time you’ll ever do that thing and you didn’t even know. Update on my last post!

 We survived the ice storm of 2026! In fact, it was beautiful! Soooo cold! Which I love!! Lovely lovely tap snuggly and warm and time stops here during a winter storm. Everything is closed and if you’ve lived here you know that if a storm is predicted you had better go to a store and fight for things to keep you fed, watered, well taken care of, because this place goes fucking nut job! I loved the closed down thing. We live off a major freeway that I rarely hear… I thought… but with no cars driving, all the shops on the island closed, no restaurants…. The quiet was like brain floss. I’d open my balcony door a tiny bit, open all the blinds so I could see the snow wherever I was and burry myself in jewelry making. I finished up the Zumba class bracelets, and was starting Spring and Summer jewelry. I don’t know if I’m going to continue my Etsy store because I’m getting almost all my orders from word of mouth… but, I guess I need a landing place for my jewelry to be seen. I lose money ...
